Art Therapy Sessions

Individual art therapy sessions for children (aged 5+), teenagers, and adults of all ages. These can be held online or in person. They usually last 50 minutes, though this can be negotiated between us for shorter or longer if it feels best and both our schedules allow. The price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect this.

I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation which can be held in person or over the phone. This is an opportunity to see if us working together feels like a good fit, and to give space for you to ask any questions you may have.

The fee for a session is €50. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee and solidarity-rate slots to support accessibility. These spaces are limited and offered based on availability. If you would like to enquire, please get in touch.

Psychoeducation Workshops for Parents

These workshops for parents offer supportive, accessible learning around children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, development, and relationships. Psychoeducation simply means learning more about how the mind, emotions, behaviour, and nervous system work, helping parents better understand both themselves and their children.

These workshops offer accessible, supportive learning around mental health and wellbeing topics such as: understanding anxiety in children and teens, emotional regulation, understanding neurodivergence at home and school, behaviour through the lens of the nervous system, building secure attachment and connection, helping children manage big feelings, and boundaries.

If you are looking for support around a particular topic, please get in touch to discuss a tailored workshop or programme.

Creative Wellbeing Workshops

These workshops use art and creative activities to support reflection, connection, and emotional wellbeing around themes such as anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, postpartum mental health, dementia support, and confidence-building. They are not group therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment.

Workshops may be one-off sessions or run weekly over several weeks. New workshops will be announced as they are developed, but if you’re looking for something specific, get in touch and we can create something tailored to your needs.
