Individual art therapy sessions for children (5+), teenagers, and adults of all ages. These can be held online or in-person. No previous art experience needed.
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation which can be held in-person, online, or over the phone. This is an opportunity to see if us working together feels like a good fit, and to give space for you to ask any questions you may have.
The fee for a session is €50. A limited number of reduced-fee and solidarity-rate slots are available to support accessibility. These spaces are offered based on availability.

Psychoeducation Workshops
Psychoeducation simply means learning more about how the mind, emotions, behaviour, and nervous system work, helping parents better understand both themselves and their children. These workshops for parents or teachers offer supportive, accessible learning around children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, development, and relationships.
Themes such as: understanding anxiety in children and teens, emotional regulation, understanding neurodivergence at home and school, behaviour through the lens of the nervous system, building secure attachment and connection.
If you are looking for support around a particular topic, please get in touch to discuss a tailored workshop or programme.
Creative Wellbeing Workshops
These workshops use art and creative activities to support reflection, connection, and emotional wellbeing.
They may be tailored to specific communities or experiences, with workshops exploring themes such as anxiety, grief, postpartum mental health, or dementia support. Or, they may be focused on expanding our understanding of creativity and exploring the barriers that can limit self-expression, including self-judgment, perfectionism, fear of failure, and reconnecting with play and curiosity.
New workshops will be announced as they are developed, but if you’re looking for something specific, please get in touch and we can create something tailored to your needs.
